The 4 bedroom unit was really very nice, and super spacious, it was almost as good as home...ample linens, and towels....not bad. However, our first night there was not very good, the bed in the downstairs bedroon looked fine until we went to retire for the evening. We found that the bed seem to sink in the middle, well this was resolved the very next day...so sleeping was good...not super, but good. We then found that the washer was on the fritz, and since we arrived on the weekend the issue wasn't resolved until mid-week. Overall, it was a pretty good trip....our goal was to rest and that's exactly what we did...it was very quiet the whole time and we really appreciated that....we've decided to come again next year!!!
We rented a townhouse through VRBO and it was great. The community clubhouse had broken door hardware. There was a junior sized pool table in a large room that was broken. There was a really nice full sized pool table in a tiny room with some peeled ping pong paddles on the floor and no ball. The pool water looked safe but it was always full of leaves and didn’t appear like anyone cared about it. Same for the hot tub. Everything else was great. Location to stores and restaurants was fantastic.
The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The price was unbelievably affordable for a 3 bedroom fully stocked condo. Its a home away from home. I will definitely come back again. Its about 45 minutes away from the parks but we were fine with that
This place is awesome!!!! It's clean, beautiful decor, comfortable and perfect for a family get away. It looks just like the pictures. No photoshopping, staging trickery. The pool is perfect for children. The check in staff was accommodating. The Fountain is our official home away from home for our yearly Florida vacations. And let's not forget the price. It's almost too good to be true but it really is this good.
This is a really comfortable, safe sanctuary place! I stayed their for 4 days, and no problems! The bed is always clean, the bathroom, and the kitchen too! The staff here is always responsible, mature, and nice! I hope I go to this place again with my family!
My family and i really enjoyed staying here. It was very updated, clean, and had plenty of room. The pool is huge, and there is a bar/snack bar right by the pool so you don't even have to dry off to get drinks or food. Only thing we didn't like was there wasn't really any snack food at the bar and nothing under 9$ for a meal. Also there was a vacuum but no broom or mop. Other than this, we loved it!
My family & I stayed from 07/28/25 - 08/01/25. The appearance was very nice & it was neat & organized, but there was an unpleasant smell of a dirty mop near kitchen & hallway bathroom. It was supplied with necessaries for daily needs which is a must. I do wish they supplied us with a starter washing powder & more wash rags. Also, it is surrounded by a lot of shops & restaurants, which is a plus. We enjoyed our stay & would return & recommend.
I enjoyed my time. The townhome was nicely decorated, rooms were big, offered entertainment for kids with a ps2. the pool area was not overly crowded and also great ambiance. I loved that they included a nice size washing machine and dryer. I had an issue with the AC and someone came to fix it right away.
